CRITICAL: Automated or unsupervised MitID flows are prohibited. Human-in-the-loop is legally required. Any automation must pause and wait for physical user confirmation. Violations may constitute identity fraud under Danish law.
About
MitID is the national eID system replacing NemID. All authentication flows require physical human interaction via the MitID app (biometric or code), a hardware key, or a code reader. There is no API that allows an agent to authenticate on behalf of a user without involvement. Automated MitID flows are explicitly prohibited in the terms of service and Danish law.
